SYMPTOMS OF SUPPLY PROBLEMS (charging)

Troubleshooting of power supply problems essentially means the isolation of the provision  as the cause of problems in the system and, if necessary, the replacement.

CAUTION

It is not recommended for an inexperienced user to open a power supply to make repairs because of dangerously high voltages. Even when disconnected, power supplies can retain dangerous voltage.

Symptoms that should worry you:

1. The power supply light will not light up when connected to AC power

@ Do not use it again, going out or flickering, online, can cost you your motherboard.

2.Your power supply is too hot, either because it is defective or is not appropriate. Unfortunately the power is quite similar to each other and it is not enough to simply plug the match, you must always check the correct voltage, just as is it is set by the constructor opf your laptop.

@ Immediately remove it from the power supply, check the truth, for the voltage, and expect the temperature to drop. This is not the answer, of course, just a protection for the worst.

3.The Laptop will not ever seem to charge 100%. We may have a defective battery in our battery because of the low voltage power supply, either because it is damaged or it is just not the right power supply. Note that the higher incidence of error, will gradually lead to failure in charging the battery parts.

@ Check again if you have the correct voltage. If you don’t have your old charger to contrast, see the on-line specs of your laptop and read from there the correct trends.

4. Your Laptop suddenly shuts down. There is a problem at the insertion point of the plug and cord or cable connection point, usually from successive “kinks” in point.

@ Shake gently to see if it receives and returns to load. The problem requires a change in internal connector.

A change on the charger or a change on the power plug is now very cheap and protects your Laptop from too costly fatal injuries.

I hope I helped your questions.
